The Osaka also incorporates a Dual Burn combustion feature where the gases are re-ignited to obtain the maximum efficiency and heat output of the stove with minimum fuel consumption. Air control vents provide simple, but optimum control over the burn rate and temperature output and an advanced air wash system ensures that the large rectangular ceramic glass window remains clear to provide a warming view of the flames. The Osaka also features direct air supply and is Ecodesign 2022 compliant. In recent independent tests, stoves that were Eco Design 2022 Compliant used 6 times less fuel than non compliant equivalents. The large firebox is fully lined with vermiculite board to reflect the heat out from the appliance and to enhance the life of the appliance, and the firebox will take logs up to 500mm in length.
