G10LM with Date Window. The G10LM is the current MWC entry level G10 model and is a slightly smaller more compact version of the MWC G10 50m battery hatch variant. For example where other manufacturers watches usually have a push on caseback this has a screw on caseback which improves water resistance, competitors also frequently use perspex crystals whereas MWC use actual glass which is much more scratch resistant and streamlined in appearance. The case back for this watch is of a stainless steel polished mirror finish. The MWC G10 Watch comes with the selection of quality nylon NATO watch straps available in all current British army regimental colours, RM, Navy & RAF or Olive Green, Black or Dessert colours. We offer 3 different types of personalisation, here is a breakdown below for you. Black Anneal Marking – This is a permanent mark which is left behind after very precise heat being applied through lasers. The Mark has no contours and is smooth to the touch, this type of Marking is most commonly used in the medical industry. Frosted White Etch – This type of Etch is heat being applied through lasers altering the compounds surface. The etch has a slight raise to the touch and light in colour white/silver. This is mainly used in mass production etching of industrial component parts for serial numbers, company logos etc. Depth Engrave – This is a physical engrave that has depth into the material of the surface. High levels of heat is applied through lasers to remove the material, creating depth to the engraving. This has a depth to the touch, whilst a slightly roughed textured to the of the physical engraved area. Mix of Black/Depth Engrave – This is a mix of Black Annealing & Depth Engraving as detailed above. We will mark the logo or small text in Black Anneal because in most cases logos and small text can be very detailed. Around the logo will be Depth Engraved. Please see the images in the gallery for the template that is used. The watch details on the outside edge can not be changed (Watch details/Model). The inside text is the text that can be personalised along with the centre logo or add extra text (red text in gallery image). We do hold popular logos, so do ask us for any enquires and we can advice from there. If you supply your own logo we can only engrave it to the quality you supply, we will always try our best to enhance the image so it’s clear as possible. Note we can not engrave colours. We advice you message us prior to sending any images to be engraved, unless you are certain they are high quality images that are simple and not very detailed. Text limit for the whole circumference – Text is 40 Characters this includes spaces and punctuation. Inner space – Either Logo or text (Text Limit is below only available in frosted White or Black Anneal). Line 1 – 6 characters. Line 2 – 10 characters. Line 3 – 12 characters. Line 4 – 12 characters. Line 5 – 10 characters. Line 6 – 6 characters. We will supply a standard black watch strap if we are do not receive this information. We will always try to match the current regimental colours if we stock these to the logo engraved. Our shop has an individual listing with regimental colours if you would like to view these. 3 Bar – 30 meters – 3 atmospheres (ATM). Okay to keep your watch on while washing your hands or walking in the rain. Cannot be immersed in water. 5 Bar – 50 meters – 5 atmospheres (ATM). You can swim with this watch, but it’s not recommended. It can be put underwater but swimming increases the pressure, which may not be okay. Do not dive with this watch. 10 Bar – 100 meters – 10 atmospheres (ATM). You can snorkel and swim with this watch. Extended water time is fine. 20 Bar – 200 meters – 20 atmospheres (ATM). Swimming is definitely okay. Still not safe to dive. 30 Bar – 300 meters – 30 atmospheres (ATM). Go ahead; you can dive, swim, and snorkel with this watch. But it’s still not certified to the ISO 6425 standard. Diver’s watch or ISO 6425. These watches are designed for diving. If no number is given on the watch dial, then it can handle at least 100m/10 ATM. This watch would have had it’s back plate removed for engraving and we can not guarantee that once the back plate is replaced that it will be aliened so the logo faces a particular way. We will test the watch to its water resistance, or to the maximum of 10 Bar/100m/10 ATM depending on the watches recommended water resistance level (10 ATM is a watch you can swim with). This means if the watch is over 10ATM you will need to have it tested for water resistance if your intentions are to Deep Sea Dive. Any Depth Engraving will be treated with lacquer to protect the metal for longevity of life and maintenance of quality.
