I’ve been using an Uuni 3 (and previously and Uuni 2) for a considerable amount of time and both are amazing units. The Unni Pro is very much like the small Uuni but on steroids! The quad fuel feature is incredible and very convenient. It is so easy to maintain the fire and heat when running on charcoal and wood. Gets up to fantastic heat in a short amount of time and has great length of burn time between re-loads of fuel. Comes with both a large door (which has a window) and a pizza door. I much prefer the big door with the window and use that most – even for cooking pizza. The incredible versatility means the temperature is easy to control and can be used for a wide variety of outdoor cooking. I can easily fit my 9 square cast iron skillet in there plus 3 x single portion stainless steel serving dishes in when cooking. I’ve fallen in love with this kit.
