1981 Mongoose frame and fork that recently been powdercoated metallic gold. Built into a custom bike by us with all new parts. 1981 Mongoose frame with correct Tange fork, the first model year we had them here in the UK. Has been podercoated by previuos owner but there is some paint isn’t that smooth on the toptube (PLEASE SEE PHOTOS), would be covered it you used a frame pad, not bad enough in our opinion to have to the whole thing redone. Period chrome headset. Sample prototype Mirage Pro handlebars. ODI Mushroom grips. Mirage Power stem. Dia-Compe MX-890 rear brake. Dia-Compe Tech-III lever, right (can be swiytche dto left f you prefer). Kashimax Aero seat. Dia-Compe MX1500 2 bolt seatpost clamp. Cro-mo 170mm one piece crank. NOS Tioga spider, did have some corrosion and could probably do with a bit more polishing. NOS Suginao chainring 42T. ETC bottom bracket. Mirage Classic 1/8 chain. Savage Wellgo platform pedals. SE Racing wheel custom built by us with Halo stainless spokes and sealed bearing hubs. SE Racing Cub skinwall tyres 20×2.0. 4-Jeri 16T chrome freewheel. Not available on weekends or bank hloidays.
