Pics tell the story best on these dealer accessory 1966 and 1967 14 Dodge wheel covers. Over 50 years old with dents and scrapes to prove it. All paint appears original except for one base cap’s black. All four bases match. All screws are in place. One of the fake lug nuts was replaced and you can see it in place on the bottom left cap. Nice find for the right car but polishing the base caps would do them a lot of good as well as a fresh paint job.
